He resided in Quebec City. \n\n\u00a0\n\nA mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 30, at 10:30 AM at St-Ambroise Church in Loretteville on Racine Street. The family will receive condolences 1 hour prior to the ceremony. \n\n\u00a0\n\nHe is survived by his wife C\u00e9line Fortin, his daughter Nathalie (Mario), his siblings Lise, Jacqueline (R\u00e9al Ratt\u00e9), Francine (Joseph Rousseau), Yves (Sylvie Duschesne), his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Jean-Claude Fortin (the late Pierrette Demers), Pierrette (the late Jean-Claude Melan\u00e7on), Pauline (the late Christian Pepin), Lise, Denise (the late Jean Drolet) and Michel (C\u00e9line Gervais), as well as many nephews, nieces, and friends.\n\n\u00a0\n\nThe family wishes to thank all the staff of the St-Jean-Eudes Accommodation Centre and the geriatrics professionals at St-Sacrement Hospital, as well as the CLSC de la Jacques-Cartier, for all the excellent care provided. A special thank you to the many caregivers who allowed our family to keep him at home for as long as possible.
