She was the cherished sister of Lucie and her brothers Jean, the late Andr\u00e9, Fran\u00e7ois and Denis. C\u00e9line shared 71 years of love and companionship with her devoted husband, Pierre Blouin. Together, they raised three children, Bernard, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric and Caroline, and 5 grandchildren, Ariel, Julien, Lillian, Rapha\u00eblle and Massimo who will carry her memory with love and gratitude.   \n\nC\u00e9line's life was marked by an exceptional career in insurance and politics, where she helped pave the way for women in business and government. National Vice-President of the Association of Women of the Conservative Party of Canada, she served as an advocate for women's progress and equality. \n\nHer family, friends and colleagues will always remember C\u00e9line for the light she brought into the lives of all those she met. Her legacy of strength, faith and selflessness will remain engraved in the memory of all who had the privilege of knowing her. \n\nThe funeral will take place on March 15, 2025 at \u00c9glise Saint-Charles-Garnier in Sillery, Qu\u00e9bec City. Condolences will be received starting at 10:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. \n\nC\u00e9line's memory will remain forever in our hearts.","exposition":{"location":"\u00c9glise Saint-Charles-Garnier","address":" 1215, av.
