She is also survived by her beloved sister Denise, as well as her brothers and sisters. \n\nFrancine was a joyful, determined, and hardworking woman, a loving and generous mother, endowed with extraordinary strength of character.\n\nOur mother had a huge heart. She gave selflessly and was always there for those she loved. For us, she was simply the best mom in the world.  \n\nHer love, her presence, and her unique way of caring for her loved ones will forever remain etched in our hearts.
