  • Deceased’s Full Name:<\/strong> name as you wish it to appear in the obituary.<\/li>\n
  • Date of Birth:<\/strong> use the calendar to select the date.<\/li>\n
  • Date of Death:<\/strong> use the calendar to select the date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Entering these fields automatically generates a sentence.<\/p>\n

                  This is when the family welcomes family and friends following the ceremony and\/or interment, to remember the cherished moments spent with the deceased.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

                  Ensure you have the exact address of the reception venue. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
