Daniel Leroux

On Monday, September 14, 2020, in Sherbrooke, peacefully and surrounded by his loved ones, at the age of 57, Daniel Leroux passed away. He was born on May 27, 1963, son of Francoise Chaput and Émilien Leroux. He leaves behind his nine children (Marie-Ève, Stéphanie, Marjolaine, Louise-Josée, Roger-Martin, Maude and Marc-André Leroux, as well as the late Picotine and the late Roxy Leroux), his twenty-seven grandchildren (Raphaël, Karl, Charles, Étienne and Moka Grenier; William, Jessy, Zackkharry, Nathaniël, Mickeäl, Abbygaïl, Jessabelle Lamarre and Gabryël Arsenaut; Kim Tardif, N-Rick Bougie and Yoann Leroux; Félix, Annabelle and Guillaume Lavigne; Becky and Kyrra Leroux; Maïlie and Axel Mécoli; Rubis, the late Dorne-Oberyn, Osiris and Nyméria Leroux), his two sisters (Nathalie and Chantal Leroux), his brother (Stéphane Leroux), his nephews and nieces, his family, loved ones, and friends. The family extends its sincere gratitude to the dedicated staff of CHSLD Argyl in Sherbrooke and CHUS Fleurimont for the care provided to the deceased, as well as their diligent listening and presence with him and his loved ones throughout his life, and especially to the doctors for providing him with the greatest possible comfort during his end of life; without forgetting the entire team of the CLSC of Memphrémagog and the Coopérative de Memphrémagog for home care services. A heartfelt THANK YOU to all friends, loved ones, and family of the deceased for their immeasurable help and kindness, which brought him comfort, serenity, and peace until his last heartbeat. This notice is written according to his wishes, and, also according to these wishes, there will be no funeral service, and Azur Incineration funeral services in Montreal is in charge of his cremation. His ashes will be kept by a close family member, as desired in his wishes. Remember that he is not where he left his body, but that he is everywhere and all around us: from stone to earth, from air to sea, from animals to nature, he is in every being and every object. He will always live in our memories and in all our hearts. His body has passed away to allow him to be reborn in another world. A new life awaits him, and he walks on a new path. Let him be reborn; let him be free.
