Gisèle Bouchard

At the St-Charles-Borromée hospital center, on June 19, 2023, at the age of 79 years and 7 months, Mrs. Gisèle Bouchard passed away. She is survived by her children: Manon (Robert Bordeleau), Martin (Suzy Dupont) and Chantal (Gaby David), her grandchildren: Miguel, Dannick, Alexey, Jérémy, Mélyane, Samuel, Maély and Romy, her great-grandchildren: Layla and Logan, her sisters: Henriette, Claire and Annette, as well as many other relatives and friends.

The family wishes to thank the hemodialysis staff of 5A for the excellent care provided to our mother.
