Bertrand Gagné

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Bertrand Gagné, husband of the late Francine Blanchet, who passed away in Montreal on Tuesday, November 23, 2021.

He is survived by his children: Josée, Mélanie, and Tomas Edilio (Elisabeth);

His grandchildren: Édric, Mélissa, Julien, Abdiel, and Marielle;

His siblings: Marie-Claude (Michel), Jean-Robert (Francine), the late Diane (the late Daniel);

His nieces and nephews: Nathalie, the late Sylvie, Stéphane, Alain, Jacinthe, Jean-François, Philippe, Gabriel, Antoine, Alexandra, Marie-Félixe, Marie-Ève, Mathieu, Valérie, and Vincent;

His brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Michel (Marie-Josée), Chantal (Martin), Langis, Dany (Sylvie), and Johanne.

He is also survived by many members of his extended family for whom he had great affection, as well as numerous friends, all very important to him.

The family wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Vartan Mardigyan and his cardiology team for their exceptional support, which allowed him to enjoy five additional beautiful years.

Special thanks to the care staff of the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal for all the care and attention provided.
