Jacques Blais

On December 26, Mr. Jacques Blais passed away at the age of 87 at the CHUS Fleurimont in Sherbrooke.

He is survived by his partner of the last 38 years, Mariette Belcourt, as well as his children: Pierre, Joanne, and Christine; his grandchildren: Hubert, Ariane, Anne, Marilou, and Marie-Ève; his partner’s children: Chantal (Jean-Guy), Marie-Josée (Jean), and Jean-François (Sandra); and their children: Jean-Philippe, Miguel, Sofiane, Judith, Pierre-Olivier, and Gabrielle-Anne. He is also survived by his sisters: Aline (the late Gérard) and Denise (Jean-Guy); his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law from the Belcourt family: Rachel (Clément), Camille (Huguette), Denis (Aline), Lise (Jean-Guy), Diane, Noëlla (Jean-Marc), Bruno (Lorraine), Marcel (Yolande), Michel (Francine), Sylvie (André); and from the Belleau family: the late Jean (Claudette) and Diane (Paul), as well as many nephews and nieces.
