Jean-Guy Lemire

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Jean-Guy Lemire, who passed away on Friday, August 4th, at the age of 80, after a courageous battle with cancer at the Lanaudière Regional Hospital Center.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Louise Malo, his two children: Daniel Lemire (Luce) and Mylène Lemire, his grandchildren: Dave (Pamela), Justine (Zachary), and Amélie (Isaak), as well as
his great-grandchildren: Ludovic and Rafael.

His brothers and sisters: Marcel (Madeleine), René (Pierrette), Réal (late), Doris, Claire (late), Claude (Francine), Denis (Denise), Normand (Carole), and Jacqueline (André late).

He also leaves behind, in Louise’s family, her two children: Anne-Marie Poirier (Éric Beaudoin) and Alexandre Poirier (Amélie Gagnon), her grandchildren: Christophe, Olivier, Sébastien, Mathis, and Florence, her mother Réjeanne, her sister Mireille (Nelson), her brothers: Jocelyn, René (Sylvie), and Michel, as well as their children.

He will also be missed by many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
