Claudette Fréchette

At the Cité-de-la-Santé Hospital in Laval, on March 10, 2022, at the age of 79, passed away Mrs. Claudette Sanfaçon (Fréchette), wife of René Sanfaçon. She was the daughter of the late Lorenzo Fréchette and the late Fernande Leblanc.

She leaves to mourn, besides her husband, her daughter Nathalie (Martin-Henri Villeneuve), her son Dominique (Marie-Josée Lefebvre), her grandchildren: Marie-Noël, Alexandre, Gabrielle, Océanne-Maude, Christian-Xavier, and Laurie-Anne. Her brothers and sisters: Michel Fréchette (Line St-Pierre) and Denyse Fréchette; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Thérèse Sanfaçon (the late Roger Bédard), Michel Sanfaçon, Louise Sanfaçon (Michel Brochu); Pierrette Donaldson (the late Jean-Paul Sanfaçon), Gilles Garneau (the late Mariette Sanfaçon); her close friends Monique Bédard and Magella Lebel, as well as many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.

The family will receive condolences in Quebec City at St-Albert-le-Grand Parish Church at a later date.

The family wishes to warmly thank the staff of Home Support SAPA Team 4, the staff of the Cité-de-la-Santé Hospital, the staff of the medical team at Résidences Soleil Manoir Laval, as well as Dr. Yves Levi, for the excellent care provided.

Claudette will remain in our memories as a loving, generous, benevolent wife and mother, demonstrating great resilience. She was also a meticulous artisan with great patience.
