Candide Villeneuve

In Montreal, on March 7, 2026, surrounded by the affection of her loved ones, Mrs. Candide Villeneuve, wife of Michel Bellavance, passed away at the age of 85.

She leaves to mourn her sons: François and Pierre-Marc (Anouk Alarie); her six grandchildren: Anne-Marie, Olivier, Justin, Sabrina, Myriam and Lara, whose cherished grandmother she was; her brother, Gaston (Suzanne Gauthier), as well as her sisters: Madeleine Villeneuve (André Tremblay), Lisette Villeneuve, Francine Villeneuve (Jean-Yves Boudreau) and Doris Villeneuve (Christian Forest).

In addition to the persons mentioned above, she also leaves to mourn Bouchra Rhazi, Ariane Imreh, as well as her brother-in-law, Gilles Bellavance, and her sister-in-law, Louise Bellavance, of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Quebec.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, May 2 (see below for all details).
