Denise Bilodeau

Last September 1^st, Denise Bilodeau passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, enveloped in love, and ready for her departure.

She, who wished to live her death well, experienced it beautifully… Amidst laughter, tears, frank conversations, and emotionally charged moments, she departed as she lived: with serenity, calm, humor, and love.

She leaves behind a large community that formed her family; her brothers and sister, nephews and nieces, friends, and loved ones, who had the chance and privilege of having Denise in their lives.

You are invited to come and celebrate the life of our adored, beautiful, wise, gentle, and luminous Denise. This ceremony is intended to be simple and warm, reflecting her spirit. The celebration will be followed by a convivial moment of sharing around a small snack served on site. We look forward to experiencing this moment all together.

Thank you to the palliative care staff at Magog Hospital for taking care of Denise with gentleness and empathy.

Thank you to all the wonderful people who were by her side in recent weeks to accompany her, make her laugh, relieve her, love her, and gently and quietly guide her towards her departure, “allowing time to breathe.” You were precious, essential, and of infinite magnanimity.
