At the age of 89, Mrs. Thérèse Sirois (née Turcotte) passed away, surrounded by her children, at the Centre hospitalier de l’Université Laval (CHUL). She was the wife of the late Maurice Albert Sirois, and the daughter of the late Armand Turcotte and the late Yvonne Duquette. She resided in Quebec City.
She is survived by her children: Diane (Sylvain Lemay), Geneviève (Réal Carpentier), and Yvon; her granddaughter Florence (William); her step-granddaughters, Miriane (Seyfettin) and Marlène (Lluis); her sister, Sister Pierrette; her sister-in-law, Albertine (the late André Coulombe); as well as her nephews, nieces, and cousins.
She was also the sister and sister-in-law of the late: Jacqueline Turcotte (Rock Lacasse), Paul Turcotte (Tarja Jarviaho), Huguette Turcotte (Roger Beauregard), Françoise Turcotte (Antoine Filteau), Maurice C. Lepage (Béatrice Gagné), Laurette Lepage (François Fournier), and Thérèse Lepage (Maurice Gagnon).
