At Joliette Hospital, on September 6, 2026, Mrs. Francine Mathieu passed away.

Wife of Jacques Blouin, she is survived by her children: Pascal and his partner Nancy, Audrey and her partner Patrick, Jonathan, as well as her grandchildren: Patrice, Marie-Eve, Ann-Frédérique, and Thomas. She is also survived by her beloved sister Denise, as well as her brothers and sisters.

Francine was a joyful, determined, and hardworking woman, a loving and generous mother, endowed with extraordinary strength of character.

Our mother had a huge heart. She gave selflessly and was always there for those she loved. For us, she was simply the best mom in the world.

Her love, her presence, and her unique way of caring for her loved ones will forever remain etched in our hearts. She leaves a great void behind her, but also a multitude of precious memories that will continue to accompany us every day.

Francine was a true pillar for her family, an exceptional woman whose love was unconditional.

Her departure deeply saddens us, but we are so grateful to have had the privilege of having her in our lives and calling her Mom.

You will forever remain in our hearts, beloved Mom. ❤️❤️❤️
