In Joliette, on February 10, 2025, at the age of 78, Mrs. Marielle Demontigny, wife of Mr. Alain Gaudet, passed away.
She was the adopted daughter of the late Mr. Télesphore Marchand and the late Mrs. Marcella Ducharme, but she was born from the union of the late Mr. Albert Demontigny and the late Mrs. Mariette Ducharme. She resided in Sainte-Marcelline-de Kildare.
Mrs. Demontigny is survived by her husband Mr. Alain Gaudet, her children; Jean-François Gaudet (Marie-Josée Lepage) and Étienne Gaudet (Vanessa Shipka), her grandsons; Jacob Gaudet (Mégane Rondeau), Louis-Gabriel Gaudet (Annie Moreau) and Alexis Gaudet; her brothers and sisters; Claudette Demontigny (Bernard Beauchamp), Françine Demontigny (Jacques Ricard), Micheline Demontigny (Daniel Pelosse) and René Demontigny (Hélène Trottier), her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Robert Gaudet (Doris Forget), Louise Gaudet (Marcel Ménard), Thérèse Gaudet (Normand Marsolais), Claude Gaudet (Diane Jean), the late Roland Gaudet (Francine Papineau) as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
