André Lorrain

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. André Lorrain, who passed away on July 7, 2024, at the age of 83, at Papineau Hospital. André was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Son of the late Germaine Lorrain (Constantin) and the late Olier Lorrain, he is survived by his beloved wife, Diane Roberge; his son Stéphane (Bianca); his daughter Chantal; his sister Yvette; his brothers Gérald (Lorraine Ouellette), Jean-Claude (Yolande Pellerin), Alfred, Jean-Marie, Michel (Carole Gagnon), and François. He will also be missed by his grandchildren: Charles (Tamika), Gabriel (Jeanne), Adam, Ellie, as well as several nephews and nieces.

Many family members and friends will lovingly remember him for his zest for life and his love of music.

A celebration of his life, in the presence of his ashes, will take place at Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts Church on July 24 at 4:00 PM. We will take this opportunity to highlight his courage and resilience. The ceremony will be followed by a reception in his memory.

André will remain in our hearts forever.
