Claude Rodrigue

It is with regret that we inform you of the passing of our beloved father, Claude Rodrigue, husband of the late Estelle St-Onge, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 81.

He is survived by his children Stéphane (Nancy), Pascal, his heart daughter, Hieu Danty, his grandchildren David On, Philippe On (An), the late Alexandre, Myriam (Samuel), David (Abby), Rachel, Samuel, and great-grandchildren Jacob, Jaxon, and Liam. He is also survived by his sister Carmélia, his brother-in-law Lionel, numerous nephews and nieces, as well as relatives and friends.

Today, we pay tribute to his faith and his deep love for Jesus Christ. He was more than a father; he was a spiritual guide, a role model, and an example of perseverance.

He was a man with a contagious sense of humor and an irresistible charm. He spread joy for life. His devotion to Mom was a testament to his unconditional love and loyalty.

Our father was a born storyteller; he was able to captivate our imagination with his adventure tales. His simplicity and sensitivity were palpable in every story he shared.

What truly distinguished him was his gift as an evangelist. His love for God shone through, and he never missed an opportunity to share his faith.

As we mourn his loss, we find comfort in the certainty that he now rests in the arms of our Lord.

In accordance with our father’s last wishes, there will be no funeral rites, no interment of ashes, and no ceremony.
