Denis Lessard

In Sainte-Geneviève, on March 3, 2026, at the age of 88, Mr. Denis Lessard passed away peacefully, beloved husband of Mrs. Georgette St-Antoine.

A fulfilled man, proud of the path he had taken and deeply devoted to his loved ones, he leaves to mourn his beloved wife, Mrs. Georgette St-Antoine; his children, Danièle (Alain), Michel (Marie) and Francine (Martin). He also leaves to mourn his dear grandchildren, François, Gabriel, Marie-Hélène, Jean-Philippe, Annie-Pier and Sarah-Jade, as well as his great-granddaughter Olivia, who will cherish a precious memory of him. He also leaves to mourn his brothers Jacques and Marcel, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, as well as many friends.

Born in Jonquière in 1937, he completed his classical studies in Sherbrooke before earning a degree in metallurgical engineering from Université Laval. Curious, self-taught and entrepreneurial, he founded his own business and lived his life with determination and passion.

A great lover of nature, he found happiness by the water, in the forest, fishing or hunting. He also enjoyed quiet moments lulled by classical music and the discoveries his travels offered him.

His life, rich in memories and shared affection, will continue to live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to know him. He deeply loved his family and was deeply loved in return. May his radiant memory continue to warm our hearts and inspire those who loved him.
