Gabriel Mager

On September 12, 2022, our father Gabriel Mager passed away in Quebec City at the age of 87.

A mechanical engineer, he worked at Northern Electric and the National Research Council of Canada.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Drolet; his sons Robert Mager (Hakima Touami) and Pierre Mager (Sylvie Delevallee Plich); his former daughter-in-law Anne Morrissette; his grandchildren Gabrielle Préfontaine (Étienne Lebrun), Annie Préfontaine, and Nicholas Stocker-Mager; his great-grandsons Edgar and Gustave Lebrun; his brothers and sisters Yves Mager (Yvette Huot †), Guy Mager (Marie-Claire Roux †), Madeleine Mager (Paul Alain †), Marthe Mager (Jean-Pierre Cloutier) and their families; his sisters-in-law Suzanne Drolet (Laurent Langevin), Pauline Drolet (Gilles Rodrigue), Lucille Drolet (Nabil Achkar †) and their families.

The funeral will take place on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Notre-Dame-de-l’Annonciation Church, in L’Ancienne-Lorette. Relatives will receive condolences starting at 10:30 AM. The funeral will be followed by a reception.
