At the Quebec University Institute of Cardiology and Pulmonology (IUCPQ), on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the age of 79, Mr. Guy Tremblay passed away, surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his children, Stéphanie (Carl) and Vincent (Marie-Josée); his grandchildren, Anne-Sophie, Alexis (Justine), Justin and Alicia; his brothers, Claude (Francine), Carol (Andrée), Daniel (Rosanne) and Robert (Ginette); his close caregiver, Monique (Sylvain); his uncle Denis (Raymonde); his cousin Gaétan, as well as several nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
