Jacques Asselin

In Joliette, on August 31, 2026, Mr. Jacques Asselin passed away at the age of 78.

He is survived by Louise, his children Geneviève and Jean-François (Julie Bécote), his grandchildren Nelly, Elizabeth, Jade, Jimmy, Léo and Charlie, as well as his great-grandchildren Noély and Lyana.

Jacques was an ambitious man, always full of projects. Passionate about sailing, he particularly enjoyed spending time on his sailboat. A doting and unifying grandfather, he took immense pleasure in organizing dinners and bringing his loved ones together.

In accordance with his wishes, no funeral ceremony will be held.

His memory will forever remain etched in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
