Jean-Noël Descarreaux

In Quebec City, on November 18, 2025, at the age of 88 years and 11 months, Mr. Jean-Noël Descarreaux, husband of the late Carole Letellier, passed away. He was the son of the late Mr. Albert Descarreaux and the late Mrs. Alice Latulippe.

He is survived by his daughters: France Descarreaux and Danielle Descarreaux (Pierre Bilodeau), his granddaughter Myriam Bilodeau, his sisters: Thérèse (the late Bernard Hallé), Marie-Paule (the late Jean-Marie Simard) and Noëlla (the late Claude Maheux), his brother Raynald, his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, his nephews, nieces, cousins, as well as many friends and employees at his residence, Pavillon de Claire.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Notre-Dame-De-Belmont Cemetery Mausoleum located at 701, av. Nérée-Tremblay, Quebec City (QC) G1N 4R8.

The ceremony will be held at the same location starting at 2 p.m., followed by the interment at 3 p.m.

A huge thank you to the staff of the Pavillon de Claire seniors’ residence for the excellent care provided over fourteen wonderful years.

Also, a big special thank you to the palliative care staff of Hôpital Saint-François d’Assise for your great dedication. Thank you again for everything.
