Jessika Chamberland Lopez

In Boucherville, at the dawn of April 27, 2026, Jessika Chamberland Lopez took her final breath, surrounded by her friends and loved ones. At 41 years old, she had long carried the wisdom of experience, an immense heart, and, always, a sense of humor.

She is survived by her mother, Pascale Chamberland (Louis); her brothers, Mathieu Chamberland Dutremble, Jordan Chamberland Lopez (Nicoll), and Alexandre Bastien (Alyson); her nieces, Maïka and Shelby Chamberland Bousquet; her partners, Gabriel Pépin and Mathieu Morin; the latter’s son, Liam; her close friends, Meggie Labelle St-Pierre (Maxime), Philippe D’Alva, David Presseau, Marilyne Désy, and Marilou Bernicky (Anthony), as well as many other relatives and friends.

Jessika showed exceptional resilience during her long battle with breast cancer. While the disease eventually took her body, we believe that, like a phoenix, she is reborn through all the people she touched with her human qualities, her sharp intelligence, and her inner flame.

A ceremony and interment will take place in private, in the presence of family and close friends.
