Lise Fortin

Surrounded by love, Lise departed on March 3 for her long journey.
After courageously living with illness for several years, she is now free from her suffering.

She was a loving mother, a loyal friend, and an exceptional person who touched many lives with her kindness and generosity.

She leaves behind precious memories and a legacy of love and compassion. Her warm presence and zest for life will be forever missed.

She is survived by her daughter Mélanny Mongrain, her granddaughters; Danyka and Sarah, her ex-husband and friend Normand Mongrain, her brothers and sisters; Pierrette, Pauline, Céline, Denise, Claude and Michel, as well as her many nephews, nieces, and friends.

Her daughter wishes to thank all the staff of CLSC la Source Nord as well as the caregivers of Maison Michel Sarazin who supported her and accompanied Lise so she could remain
at home as long as possible in her final months of life.
