At Saint-François d’Assise Hospital, on May 12, 2026, at the age of 82, passed away Mrs. Lise Fortin, wife of the late André Chicoine. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Régina Devarennes and the late Mr. Paul-Émile Fortin. She resided in Pont-Rouge and formerly in Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier.
She is survived by her three daughters: Annie Chicoine (Gabriel Côté), Isabelle Chicoine (Steeve Bergeron) and Julie-Andréa Chicoine; her grandchildren: Steven Côté, Anthony Côté and Mimsy Paquin; her sisters Pierrette (the late Jean-Pierre Coulombe and the late Jean-Marc Cantin) and Claudette (the late Guy Bacon); her sister-in-law Lucille Chabot (the late Paul-Émile Fortin); as well as several nieces, nephews, other close relatives and dear friends, including her former colleagues.
As per her wishes, the family will gather in privacy.
I have gone to join those I loved.
I leave behind a full life and memories that will continue to live in your hearts.
I departed in peace and filled with love.
