Lucie Markey

At the Lanaudière Hospital Center, on February 5, 2024, at the age of 82, Mrs. Lucie Markey passed away.

A resident of Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare, formerly of Saint-Charles-Borromée, she was the wife of the late Michel Lavallée and daughter of the late Agnès Brouillette and the late Lewis Markey.

She is survived by her daughter Brigitte (François Vigneault). Her brothers: Michel (Denise Fafard), Eddy (Jacqueline Simard) and Guy (the late Lise Gadoury). Her sisters-in-law Madeleine Latendresse (the late Raymond Lavallée) and Thérèse Lavallée (the late Jean Perreault), her brother-in-law Paul-Émile Prévost (the late Marthe Lavallée), as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter Marie, who passed away a few hours after birth, her brother Albert (the late Thérèse Cornellier), and her sister Louise (the late Ghislain Ratelle).
