Marcel Toupin
At the palliative care unit of Saint-François d’Assise Hospital, on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at the age of 91, Mr. Marcel Toupin, beloved husband of Mrs. Yvette Gingras for over 66 years, passed away. He was the son of the late Jeannette Descarreaux and the late Arthur Toupin. He resided in Charlesbourg for many years and had been living at Jardins de La Noblesse since 2020.
His courage will remain a source of motivation for the entire family and for all those who knew him. He was a loving, generous, attentive, modern, and talented husband, father, grandfather, and father-in-law. His magnificent works, created throughout these years, will continue to shine in our homes.
He is survived by his daughters: France and Hélène (Stéphan), his grandchildren: Joanie, Samuel (Philip), and Lysann (Frédéric), his great-grandson Rafaël, his brother and sister: the late Robert (Georgette) and Colette (the late Roger), as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends who were dear to him. Not to mention Mrs. Lise, so precious to us.
In accordance with Mr. Marcel Toupin’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Only a private ceremony will take place.
