Margaret Theresa Elickus

Margaret Theresa (Terry) Elickus passed away on December 30th 2021 at the age of 74. Terry had been diagnosed with an incurable lung fibrosis and pneumonia.

Daughter of the late John Elickus and the late Phyllis Mildred Mckay. Loving and devoted mother of her only daughter Sasha Jennifer Elickus and mother-in-law to Jean Nicolas Michaud. Cherished grandmother of Kaleb Benjamin Girard and Luka Johnathan Girard and grandmother in law to Roger Sammy Kasudulak and Maxim Alexandre Michaud. Adoring sister of her only Brother Dominic Elickus. She will also be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, John, Lillian, Cynthia, Michel and Catherine and her many close cousins, relatives and friends.

Terry was always the brightest crayon in the box. She could light up any room with her stories of her wild past or just with her love of music. She was extremely passionate about everything and anything she held important to her. She was the very best time.

A lot of her favorite moments took place at Montreal’s own Chalet BBQ in NDG, where her mother worked for over 50 years and city where Terry resided until her final days.

Interment will take place at a later date in Brockville, Ontario where she will be layed to rest with her mother.

A celebration of life will be held in the summertime when the current covid restrictions are better.
