Paule Berthiaume

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Paule (Polo) Berthiaume, daughter of the late Télesphore Berthiaume and the late Simone Bradette, of Champlain. Polo passed away on May 22, at the age of 64, following a brief but painful battle with cancer.

She is survived by her two daughters Marie-Pier and Isabelle (Steve and his daughters) and her beloved grandchildren: Simon, Sarah-Ève, Félix, Lou, and Léanne.

She also leaves behind her sisters: Andrée (Raymond), Marcelle, Judith (Daniel), and Élise. Her brother-in-law Dany and his son Tristan, as well as her nephews, nieces, aunts, and cousins, and her friend Claude.

Her colleagues, employees, and clients who had the chance to know her, especially at her Bistr’H20, and who were able to draw inspiration from her extensive culinary knowledge. Not to mention her many friends, especially her lifelong friend, Dodo.
