Pierre Desbiens

Mr. Pierre Desbiens passed away at the Saint-Jean de Matha palliative care unit on October 15, 2025.

Son of the late Mrs. Lucina Néron and the late Mr. Jean-Paul Desbiens.

Partner of Madeleine Loyer, he is survived by his daughter Stéphanie Thérien (Guillaume Vézina), his granddaughters Ingrid and Sara-Maude. Predeceased by his brother Jean, he is also survived by his brothers: André (Claudette Harvey), Martin (Danielle Hudon), Jacques (Hélène Gaudreault) and Bruno (Diane Hudon). His partner’s children: Nathalie Plante (Bruno Comtois) Alex and Anabel, Patrice Plante (Cynthia Mailhot) Eliott and Rosalie.

He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Suzanne (Jocelyn Rondeau), André (Martine Langlois), Réjean (Diane Pelletier), Irène (Gille Vermette), Roger (Danièle Brière), Lorraine (André Barbeau) and Gilles (Christiane Richard). Many nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.

As per his last wishes, there will be no ceremony.
