Roger Boire

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roger Boire, on November 6, 2025, in Magog, following a short and intense illness.

He is survived by his wife, Valérie Pouyanne, his daughters Mélodie, Marianne, and Catherine, his grandchildren Noah, Barbara, Micah, and Jonah, his former wife Louise Blanchard, his brother Yves, as well as many relatives and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held on December 20, 2025, at 1:30 PM, at the Marais de la Rivière-aux-Cerises Interpretation Centre, located at 69 chemin Roy, in Magog. The family will receive condolences starting at 11:00 AM.

As an expression of sympathy, the family invites those who wish to do so to make a donation to the Association du Marais-de-la-Rivière-aux-Cerises or to an environmental protection organization of their choice.
