Sylvaine J Desjardins
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Sylvaine J Desjardins, on November 24, 2025. She passed away after receiving palliative care following a difficult battle with cancer.
She leaves to mourn her children, Pierre (Anick) and Marie-Claude (Benoît), her grandchildren: Évan, Félix, Liam and Étienne, her sister Lorraine (Paul), her sister-in-law Francine and her godson Philippe (Gabrielle), as well as her nephews Alain (Chantal), and her nieces Christine (Martin), Anoue, and Marie-Joëlle (Mathieu). A kind and generous woman, she will also be missed by many people, notably within the Desjardins, Dumoulin and Strevez families, and by her many friends.
She is reunited with her family whom she loved so dearly: her late father Alphonse, her late mother Marie-Thérèse, her late sisters Micheline, Pierrette and Gisèle, and her late brother André (Francine), as well as the late Marc Desjardins (Lucile).
