Deborah Colleen McWaters

At Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital, on March 7, 2026, Deborah Colleen McWaters passed away at the age of 74 after a brief illness. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Joëlle Côté, who was her pride and support.

She is also survived by her son-in-law, Mario Alfaro, her cherished granddaughter, Adèle, her cousin, William (Bill) Scott, her former spouse and father of her child, Raymond Côté, her many friends, including Amy, Adam and Sandra, and her large online community, with whom she built meaningful connections over the years.

She is reunited in memory with her late father, Ernest McWaters, her late mother, Norma McWaters, and her late sister, Dixie McWaters.

Her smile, sense of humor, generosity, and deep love for those she cared about will remain in our hearts.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
